We can assist you on your journey to and through motherhood with pregnancy pelvic floor assessments, pelvic girdle pain, birth preparation, postnatal assessments, mastitis and return to sport.
Pelvic floor conditions
We provide gold-standard education and treatment for conditions such as urinary incontinence, prolapse, sexual pain, chronic conditions including endometriosis, pre-habilitation and rehabilitation following gynaecological surgery, and bowel conditions.

The Positive Birth Program is an evidence-based childbirth program giving parents tools and education to birth with confidence and free of fear.

This is a wonderful opportunity for women to come together, share stories, and connect on a deeper level. Whether you're looking for support, inspiration, or simply a sense of community, this circle is the perfect place to nurture your mind, body, and soul.
Circle's are a place to just be yourself. To relax, reflect, and reconnect. It's a space to slow down for a couple of hours out of this busy journey we call life.
This space will be warm and welcoming, non-judgmental. Women sharing with other women, feeling heard, practicing deep listening, being present. Come as you are. This is a confidential space.
Experience can include but not limited to - guided meditations, grounding exercises and craft activities, journaling, a space to share with your voice, time for connection amongst other women.
Hot drinks and baked goods/light snacks will be provided.
